Our Brut Nature is made from two heirloom apple varieties that are blended to create a balance of acid and fruit. This dry sparkling cider fills your glass with complex aromas of apple blossom, chamomile and dried fruits. On the palate, you will sense fine bubbles, a creamy texture with hints of chestnut and a long lingering crisp finish.

Tasting notes
This dry sparkling cider pours a prosecco-like mousse and has a bright golden straw hue. Your glass overflows with aromas of apple blossoms, fresh chamomile, damp orchard, orange blossom and dried figs. The palate first senses the fine bubbles, immediately followed by delicate flavors of fresh golden apple and mandarin orange zest, brioche dough, and a long finish of chestnut and marcona almonds.
