real cider - Legendary Taste

Our ciders are produced in Asturias, The Costa Verde (Green Coast) region of Northern Spain. Cider has been produced here for over 2,000 years, since the 1st century B.C.E. The region’s cold, wet, and rugged landscape has the perfect soil and climate to produce world class cider. In each cider, you can taste the history, culture and spirit of this magical place.

100% Heirloom cider apples

We only use Spanish heirloom cider apple varieties for all of our ciders. We never use culinary or dessert apples that are meant for eating. Ugly cider apples always make the best cider!

sustainable and organic farming

All of our orchards are farmed using sustainable and organic farming practices. All of the orchards are dry farmed, meaning they are not irrigated during the growing season.

BArrel fermented and AGed

We ferment and age our ciders in large traditional chestnut barrels, never in plastic totes. This adds complexity, mouthfeel and nutty finish to our ciders.

Small Family farms

We only source apples from small family farms. Many of which have been growing apples for multiple generations.
