Authentic Natural Spanish Cider
Perfected over 2,ooo years
Extraordinary apple ciders have been produced in the Costa Verde (Green Coast) region of Northern Spain since the First Century B.C.E., when Romans first brought apples to the region. Being the second oldest cider producing region in the world, the ciders from this region are rare and prized.
At Costa Verde Cider Company, all of our ciders are wild fermented and aged in large chestnut barrels β handcrafted the same way for more than 2,000 years! We take pride in only using heirloom cider apples rather than the ordinary culinary apples and apple concentrate used in most American ciders. Always made with fresh pressed apples and no added sugar.
βI would never make wine from table grapes, so why would I make cider from culinary apples.β

Sidra Natural
Our Sidra Natural is made with six heirloom apple varities blended to create a cider that is extra dry and vibrant with distinctive character. This traditional-style cider is light bodied with notes of fresh golden apples, citrus, bright acid and a nutty finish.
Sidra Moderna
Our Sidra Moderna is made with two semi- sweet heirloom apple varieties to create a cider that is dry, fruit forward and thirst-quenching. This modern-style cider is medium bodied with notes of ripe red apples, floral aromas and mouth-watering acidity.
Brut Nature
Our Brut Nature is made from two heirloom apple varieties that are blended to create a balance of acid and fruit. This dry sparkling cider fills your glass with complex aromas of apple blossom, chamomile and dried fruits. On the palate, you will sense fine bubbles, a creamy texture with hints of chestnut and a long lingering crisp finish.
